• 1912-c. 1926.
• It was built by the NH Timberland Owners in the fall of 1912. Taken over by the NH Forestry Commission in 1917. A new wooden tower was built in 1923. Between 1926 and 1928 it was replaced by the state lookout on Red Hill. At that time the top had a wooden tripod, and there was no mention of a tower.
